2025 Running in Place Virtual 5K – Join Us!

IBD Connect’s Running in Place Virtual 5K is our biggest annual fundraiser. This is an exciting, family-friendly event that brings communities together in support of pediatric IBD patients and their families.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park (287 Oak Street) in Uxbridge, MA.

Participants can walk, run, or kayak the trail, enjoy games, food, and speakers, or even complete the 5K from anywhere!

That’s right. This is a virtual event, too! Whether you’re joining us in person or participating from another state, you can still make a meaningful impact. So... Where are you FUN-draising? 

Funds raised through this event help support our support groups, educational resources, financial assistance, Warrior Bags, special programs, and more. Whether you form a team, participate individually, or make a donation, your involvement makes a real difference.
